8. Enjoy Foods With Ingredients You Can’t Pronounce.
9. Blame Your Genetics Not Your Lifestyle Choices.
10. Avoid Learning New Things.
11. Avoid Resistance Training.
12. Don’t Take Ownership Of Your Circumstances.
13. Stay In Your Comfort Zone.
14. Accept Your Current Situation.
15. Ignore Visible Changes In Your Health.
16. Stay Too Busy To Improve Fitness
17. Buy Products and Services About Improving But Don’t Implement Them.
18. Drink Alcohol Daily.
19. Always Choose The Closest Parking Spot .
20. Accept Poor Sleep As A Normal Part Of Aging.
