Over the last 44 issues of Harder To Kill, we’ve covered a lot of topics supporting Men over 50 in their quest to improve healthspan (how long you live in good health) and lifespan (how long you live in total years, regardless of the quality of your health).

Ideally, your healthspan and lifespan are equal. You live a long full life, totally functional (mentally and physically) and die in your sleep.

But that’s not what is playing out.

The average U.S. healthspan is 63 years and the average lifespan is 79 years. This means the average American will spend the last 16 years (or approx. 20%) of his or her life in declining health dealing with some kind of serious disease along with decreased cognitive abilities, reduced physical function and a diminished spirit.

The reason Argent Alpha exists is to make Men over 50 Harder To Kill; to opt out of that 20% and do everything we can to make our healthspan and lifespan equal. To live a long, healthy, functional life.
